Our very own Jason Corder, Senior Vice President and leader of our Northwest Arkansas office, recently had one of his articles, “A Key Trait of a High-Performing Bank – a Culture of Awareness” published in the Arkansas Community Banker magazine.
In the article, Jason explores the tangible and intangible traits of high-performing banks and notes that robust culture of security and risk management awareness is now essential in today’s environment. Using the analogy of the type of skilled, specialized mechanic you would like to have working on a high-performing sports car, high-performing banks should follow an identical philosophy when it comes to their consulting partners: “In the same way, having the right partner to provide expertise in reviewing the quality of the bank’s oversight for the bank’s systems, security, risk management, and awareness is incredibly important for maintaining the bank’s level of high performance.”
